Footstool Padded with 1.5-inch thick high density foam, the crescent-shaped footstool can comfortably rest your lower limbs while you sitting in difference positions. It is able to swivel 360 degrees separately.锟�NOTE: DO NOT SIT/STAND ON THE FOOTSTOOL.	Backrest The backrest also uses crescent-shaped contour in accordance with the footstool, and provides a 120-degree complete lumbar support, effectively relieving lumbar fatigue, also contributing to a strong sense of security while you switching positions.	Seat Cushion The seat cushion is padded with 3.7 inch extra-thick high resilience foam. In our upgraded version, we've used a larger seat and the softer version of foam to provide you a better experience for long hours sitting. The seat height could be adjusted from锟�19.7 inch to 23.7 inch (50-60cm).


Our recommended weight limit is 200 lbs. Though the chair itself can hold up to 250 lbs, the footstool can only hold up to 200 lbs. Feel free to put your legs on it. But keep in mind锟�NEVER SIT / STAND ON FOOTSTOOL ONLY, especially on its two ends, which may cause rollover of the chair. If you have children at home, please watch out.	The seat height can be adjusted between 19.7 inch and 23.7 inch (50cm-60cm), so it can work with desks from锟�29 inch to 35 inch (75cm-90cm) high.	The footstool is designed to move freely so as to support kinds of sitting positions. But in order to avoid its unnecessary movements while putting legs on, we锟斤拷ve added anti-slip component inside the connection part to add the friction.锟�So the footstool will not move itself unless you make it.	The castors we used are safe for any floor type, but if you find they aren锟斤拷t working for your specific needs, you can always change them out. They are universal castors with a 11mm x 22mm stem.
